After several months of hunting for the perfect GTI I think I found it...
Test drove it on Thursday...picked it up today... Done 130 miles in it so far and cant wipe the smile off my face!
Think it was a good deal as well....51 plate with 45,300 miles, 1 lady owner from new (I have the origional sales receipt from when she bought the car), full stamped and up to date VW service history and appart from a couple of stone chips and the usual coroded rims the car is mint...Even has two brand new tyres on the front and a big box of receipts...
Im really chuffed with it...Just hope it doesnt suprise me by dropping the engine out the bottom or something!!!
Will sort some pics out at some point if it stops raining...
Need to wash it and then sort out the stone chips and give it a proper pollish!
