Changed my head unit with a new kenwood unit. Aerial didnt work before and and still doesnt :( .

Got a aerial amplifier and remade of the aerial connector and checked aerial on roof. Everthing seems to be ok.

BUT i need to get to the connection on the roof inside to head lining. Dont want pull head lining down in car for obvious reasons!

Any suggestions what i can do?

Cheers
Gaz

the only way is to take the lining off its ok just pull the center trim off by the boot and gentally pull the lining down and the connector is close to the back just be gental with it, i had to replace the rubber seal on the ariel as it was good for nothing

taking it to a audio shop is ok but they tend to mug people off by saying that they need this and that when all they need to do is reconnect a connector i should know i used to work for a shop here in west london and i left coz this problem its a piece of p*** to do just be careful and you will be fine.
