i mean proper undercar neons not crap halfords leds with spotting, a properm int blue glow. I know it looks good on like jap performance cars but cant decide if will looks crap on a polo

I wouldnt bother mate. Like you said jap cars it looks alright but thats the jap scene. The dub scene on the other hand... I dont think it would fit in somehow, a bit like putting marmite and ice cream together... its just not supposed to be.

i did see some on a polo down in southend, they didnt look to bad
but dnt go halfords!!

Personally it would be a no go area for me, as Biddle said it's more the jap scene than any, but it's up to you at the end of the day

I'd say it looks good on probably 5% of cars that have them. Reason being usually the cars not fully done up, usually with cars that ain't proper done up and neons it looks Chavish and tacky

If you get them you'll have to get the latest that make patterns, change colours etc. Your personal choice at the end of the day. I'd say prioritise other mods first.

Biggest issue numero uno with putting them on a polo, as i was going to have a set of reds one on mine (still in the garage if anyone wants them lol), is where and how. If you care too look at the underneathe of your motor sire you will find that where-ever you put the bloody things your gonna be able too see a big rd bar when you drive which looks even more tacky!!

Personally i see no reason why they couldnt look good on a polo, if the car was done up in that style. You need sideskirts and a bodykit for it it really work in my honest opinion. On the outside atleast. im al for footwell neons and in car luminescence lol.

My plan was and still is to have a smke machine built underneath one chair and have red led lights that shine upwards from the floor. So it looks all devilish and nasty lol.

It'l be mor exciting (like being shot at...lol) if you placed the smoke machine under the dash and then couldn't see where you were going...lol

Do whatever you feel like. My mate used to have a set of them on his old escrote; it was a bit of a giggle. You can't let internet people push you around and force their biased opinions on you.
