Crash in polo

Hey guys,
On the 15th July 2007 had a crash in my Polo 1.4 SE FSi. Wasnt my fault this W***er of a driver went through on red (he said he didnt see the red light) and i went right into the side of him and made a right mess of the whole front of my car.
The car was undrivable, as the front end was pushing against the wheels and the fan had been smashed to bits.
So it was taken to Greyhound Ford Accident Repair Centre (in Altham near accrington) I ended up with a Fiat Panda car 1.1. OMG what a pile of S***. It small very very slow, feels like your gonna toppel over and a bend.
Well my polo was inspected and there going to reapir it. But the front panels, bonet, lights, front bumper and ENGINE! had to be removed so that the chassis could be straightened. This is the bit where im really mad, i cant get hold of them and plus my car is still outside at Greyhound will no engine in or front panels and it hasnt been moved since they got it. They have had it well over a month, well nearly 2 now and nothing has been done.
I need you opinions guys on this. Shouldnt this car be a right-off. I always thought if you had to straigthen the chassis then it would be.
Your comments on this would be great
Thanks
