What did you spray?
You have to sand it back down and start again unfortunately, but depending on what youve sprayed it on, you may get away with letting it harden for a week then gently wet sanding it flat with fine paper/block and polishing it back up.

assuming you've used aerosol for this job.
You can dry aerosol in about 10 minutes using a hairdryer, leave it to cure for at least an hour after that. Then rub out the run using 1200 grit paper (wet). You don't have to rub back to the primer, but since aerosol is so thin chances are you will easily go through to the primer unless the base coat is really thick. No big deal though if you do.
Use many light coats, rather than a few heavy coats. Try not to pass the can too close to the object or it will run if the spray hits close.
