What is the significance of the 31 & 13 tattoo in the song???

In some Mediterranean countries like Greece and Turkey the number 31 is slang for "havin' a
" I asked about this and itis logical- the 3 represents fingers/hand wrapped around the 1. Lets use our imagination for the rest

if ya listen to the song, he wanted a 13 (unlucky for some) tatooed but instead the put a 31, now that is unlucky!

Aha. That makes sense, sort of 'I know it's bad luck BUT I DON'T CARE' attitude.....
I was unsure if there was another meaning coz I seem to remember that USA Harley riders had a 'something' percent on their jackets or a tattoo..but I can't remember what it was.

i think the harley tatto was 66% but im not sure and the 13-31 thing is a symbol of irony because the 13 symbolises unlucky and then he was in turn unlucky because the tattooist messed up

The american ice-cream company Baskin Robbins is famous for having "31 flavours", though I daresay they have more now. However they still use a distinctively styled 31 (look at the cover of the Pretty Fly single to see the tat in the same style) as a trademark.
A pinch of general knowledge/trivia, a handful of having been past one of their stalls in a local shopping place
So... instead of being a hardcore rapper with his 13.. he's even more like the Vanilla Ice whose music he mistakenly bought.
