Exhaust on it's way out?

My exhaust sounds very deep and burbly at the back and has been getting worse. I've not looking all the way under the car but from what I can see there doesn't seem to be any holes or anything. I can't really afford a replacement exhaust until the start of next year, and my MOT/Service is in March

Mine was the same, I wouldn't worry about it!
Never lost any performance

Sounds like the baffles in the back box Mouse. That what mine was doing, priced a new one from the stealer... wait for it... £250.
Decided to get a cat back Powerflow for the same price ( same spec as Si GTi). Never had a problem with it.

Thinking about a powerflow as there is a dealer near me. Was gonna see if they would do me a hidden tailback with cat-back and hook it up to a Supersprint manifold

I went for the hidden tailpipe option. The good thing about the Powerflow is the garauntee you get, just get it checked every year if theys a problem with it, they fix it.
One less thing to worry about paying for i say.

Just need to see if Kam Racing still have the Supersprint Manifold/Front Pipe & the Center Pipe. Also need to check if Powerflow would finish it off. Think that would probably be the best cat-back system I could get

Its either the Powerflow with hidden tailpipe, how you want it, or an off the shelf exhaust with twin OO's.
Mouse, the choice is up to you.

Never had a problem with my Powerflow either. Gets checked every February under the lifetime warranty
There should not be any issue with mating the cat-back Powerflow system to a new manifold.
If you enquire about a Powerflow system, remember that the dealers are all in business against each other effectively so you may get a better price from one than another. It takes 2-3 hours to fabricate the system and fit it.

Mouse iv told you this like 3 times! Your not going to get the supersprint manifold unless its GROUPBUY conditions! And i doubt your going to get 10 folk wanting the supersprint manifold.
Your going to have to settle for custom made or raceland i'd think!
Dont worry about your exhaust just now though. If performance and mpg arent really being affected then i wouldnt worry too much at the moment....probably is just the baffles

I know..couldn't get 46 MPG if it was screwed
Nah I think some of the Supersprint parts ARE still in production (well were back in July)
