Black 9N M4 newport area?

Was headed towards bristol from newport on the M4. Black 9N. lowered, tints de-badged smoked rear lights and badge? had some sort of private number plate like "N1 N MA"??
werent sure whether your on here or not but i got a flash as i pulled in front so thought you may have been?
