Larger gap above one headlight?

I've always noticed a slightly bigger gap above one of my headlights, and it got a bit worse after I exchanged the original (that was constantly full of condensation) for a new one.
Is it the norm that there's a slightly bigger gap on one side? And is there any way to adjust it?

Holly f**k, i thought i was the only one lol, I got this too, it's on my Drivers side one, i thought it may be the actual light, but i took it out and things and aligned it proper and still there, not the bonnet hight as it is flush with the wing, Must be another great Build Quality with MK5 Polo's

We better shut up now, or French car owners will start taking the p*ss saying our build quality isn't what we make it out to be

Annoys me too. My headlamps and indicator units are all misaligned. One of the lugs snapped on my passenger indicator unit and it is really flimsy

Would the part you need be the bit that you pull up and allows you to disconnect the indicator? If so, I need that part 'cause it's snapped on the one I have now lol.
