2. like 3 days ago i have the problem that I turn on the AC and then turn on the buttom that the air inisde the car circulate. At a time it turn off the CIRCULATE air. I tun OFF the AC an then TURN ON and all works well.

I can't help you with the first two problems, but whether you get a shock or not probably depends on the material of your shoes and cloths. My girlfriend get's the shocks quite often, much more often than on my 6N, but not me, so i guess so I guess the rubber of the sole of your shoes, how much polyester is in your shirt ...these kind ofthings play a part there.

well the electric shock is just static - it can happen to anyone anytime, but usually when it's high pressure (weather-wise) and apparently efficient tyres can build up static too.

so don't blame your car for the shock!

1 st problem
The fuel sensor in the located at the back fuel tank.. when u go uphill w/ a nearly empty tank.. the remaining fuel go to the back of the tank.. so the sensor sense there enough fuel.. so it turn off the indicators.. but when u go downhill .. the fuel goes to the front of the tank.. so the sensor sense there's low fuel again...

2nd problem...

I've encounter that twice too... Maybe i turn on the air-circulation for too long.. and the computer automatically turn it off for and letting fresh air in for a while ... (just guess)

According to the manual that came with my Polo you should only use the recirculation if it's really necessary. I am not a technical expert so I might use the wrong words, but according to what they write all the air will then get exchanged through a vapouriser(?), that's why you shouldn't smoke and use the recirculation, because the smoke or generally every odour will somehow stick to the vapouriser, and your car will smell like that even if you don't use the recirucaltion. Using the recirculation is also supposed to make the driver tired, because there's not much new oxygen, ..so I guess there might be something build in that will turn of the recirculation if it's turned on too long.

My car turns off the air-recycle automatically too - quite quickly actually, after maybe 5 minutes.

As others have said, I think it's to stop the car getting stuffy and making the driver drowsy.
