Just did mine 2day!
But i would say unless ur a meckanic and u know what ur doing i would get some1 2 do it for u as its not as easy as say a 6n polo, very easy 2 f**k it up and u do need some special tools plus good quality normal tools (eg airgun, torque wrench, sockets and allen keys that arnt maid form chocklet! lol) O and a ramp helps !

If you do it urself - make sure u turn it over by hand - and that way u wont bend valves.

The instructions from Elsa are not as good for this job.

IMO ELSA assumes you have basic knowledge, whereas Autodata is for the total newbie!

Auto Data is designed for small workshops.
ELSA is for VW trained repairers with VW tools.
Auto Data rocks
