Hey all, got myself a Nikon D40 for xmas...but I just thought id show some pics of my car that I took today seeing as I had chance to give it abit of a wash!

Still getting used to the camera, so go easy :lol: Not edited anything:

Haha cute hamster there :D

The D40 is a very good camera, even more so if you get a good quality tamron or similar lens to go with it :D

Best way to learn is to play. Im still getting to grips with my D80 - i finally understand what aperture and shutter mean now!

lookin good man, do a proepr shoot somewhere in a good location! Wish id got a good camera now, my samsung nv3 isnt really up to the job :(

nice pics, cars lookin awseme..

you've captured focus perfectly with the hamster, the small DOF makes it look spot on 8)

I had the shots on continuous to try and get a decent shot of that hamster, b*stard thing kept running around lol.
