Hello all.
technical answers a go-go have been found within this thread so already thanks for this. I own a much babyed( is that a word ) polo GTI and I love it very much. Where I live the roads are not kind to my polo and I recently clipped one of the kerbs around my area. After damning the local council to bits I tested my steering and the car seems to drive okay but the steering is now extremyl light. The feedback from the road does not seem to be the same either. Or is it my imagination??? :?

Maybe have your tracking, etc. done. If your car is lowered like mine you might want to consider somebody with kit up to the job, although it does cost a bit more. I took mine to Demon Tweeks which was about £45, their kit has recently been upgraded - £30,000 worth of Bridgestone goodness, mine drives tones better ;D

Right sorted thoroughly tracked in and camber and toe were out... got my baby back.. driving lovely.
got a full report and it wasnt as bad as it seemed so it seems that to a certain extent a lot of it was in my mind... got it tracked in right and all is dandy.
