Polo Clutch Pedal Problem

When I screwed a pedal plate onto my 04 polo, I first had to remove the rubber cover on the clutch pedal. When I pulled it off, I smashed a small part of the small blue bit that holds the clutch pedal down at the place where it starts to engage with the pin that can then engage/ disengage the engine. So the clutch itself is just the same just the pedal is practically horizontal. Does anyone know how much a new blue piece would cost and how much labour it would take to fit?

no idea but if it was only a small part and you can get just the part itself then I can't imagine more than a couple of quid. labour probably 1/2 hour or something - £40 quid from VW?
