I't just down to the spec levels. The genesis came with a 5 speed box. Not sure what the Fox had. The match came in late and had alloys as standard. Not sure of exact specs. I had a 1L CL coupe which was just a 4 speed box, and not a lot else!!! But I still loved it!

If the fox had any less equipment inside it would be stripped out.
My sisters got one and it doesnt even have the following:-
1) a glovebox with a front cover
2) a clock
3) a cigarette lighter

so I guess its a very basic version

Yeah, the Polo Fox doesn't get more basic... they should all be 1.0 with a 4-speed box as standard.

No extras... other than the graphics on the rear wings.

Genesis...

Mudflaps, badges and a different interior trim. Also came with a wheel (same as the GT/G40?) with the chrome insert. 5-speed box.

The Matchline cars were the last of line. I think they had a sunroof, matchline alloys and a few other bits and pieces.

i have a boulavard, it seemed to be a sort of groovy one! has all the normal extras such as clock, cig lighter, glove box door, door pockets, centre console but it also had groovy seats with volkswagen all over them (drivers one is also adjustable  ) and some cool trim that is between the windows:
