Hi,

Does the Polo Gti 6n2 have an alarm LED in the door lock pin bezel on both the passenger and drivers side?

Also do the lock pins go flush with the bezel when down (like on the Golf mk4 etc)?

Finally if anyone could give me a part number for these it would really help me out.

Cheers

Only has the flashing LED on the drivers side mate, and unfortunately the pins don't go down flush when the car is locked :(

you can make the pins sit flush easily, i have done so with my pins

heres the guide

http://www.tigerstyle.co.uk/poloforum/v ... =door+pins

you just unscrew them, snip the wire about 5mm and put the pins back on, you dont even need glue they stay on there fine without!

Cheers Tim and Modified,

I don't suppose you know the part number for the LED bezel and the door lock pin?

I'm going to VW tomorrow but the parts people in there are terrible if they are not spoon fed VW part no.'s they don't give a "£$% and make it such a long effort for them to search it out on their catalogue.

Cheers,
Mahbs

Hi,

Thanks for your replies.

Would someone be kind enough to measure the length and the width of the bezel as well as the diameter of the lock pin hole.

I need the info as I'm going to put them on my 6n, however, the area around the drivers side lock pin hole is a bit ragged so would like to make sure the bezel would cover it to give a nice clean look.

Cheers,
Mahbs
