As long as they are 5x100 and ET 30-45ish, VW fitment, then yes.
Wouldnt go for the 18's tho personally, stick to 16/17's.

Brand new 7,5x17" ET35 BBS RC on their way from Germany to me right now. Should be in my hands at the end of the week.
