CHANGE THE TEMPERTURE SENDER all u need seem to not know how

ITS HERE ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

REMOVE CLIP IT COMES OFF UPWARDS AND TOWARDS THE INSIDE OF THE CAR

THEN REMOVE SENDER BE QUIK TO REPLACE WITH NEW ONE AS WATER WILL COME OUT SO NEW ONE IN ONE HAND AND PULL THE OLD ONE OUT WITH OTHER HAND

dont do it if the car is hot doesnt matter what time its been running for as th ecu selfcalibrates to the new sender
and if it playes up just disconnect your battery overnight
instant cure in the morning

Yeh, a faulty temp sensor can severly impair mpg

bad idle, incorrect temperature on the gauge, bad MPG. It can cause alot of problems

What Alex said.

The way I new mine was out was the temp gauge. It would shoot about every now and then, and wouldn't give me the correct reading.
