This interior is in very good condition. The back seats look like they have never been sat on and it has no sagging or marks on it. The front seats will fit straight in a Mk4 Polo, the rears need minor adjustments. The door cards will NOT fit in the Polo. Ill let the pics do the talking!

I had a set of these fitted in my polo gti ,the rears I foundit to be a lot easier to rob the backs off my old seat and swap over, only four screws for head rest part, the lower part of the rear seat just needed to cut and reshape the hinge part, :D then job done, didnt take long the ones I got were out of a vr6 N reg, , oh and the fronts watch out for the hinge handle part, you have to change it and use the "ear" handles other wise you wont be able to get your seat seat due to the polo being narrower than a mk3 golf, now the seats I got are fitted in my mk2 golf that was hard work,

Ah so the rear bench DOES fit in the 6N2?

Du have any pictures at all of this mate? So your saying it's best to remove the metal back of back bench of the existing seats and fit them to the golf ones? And what exactly needs doing to the base of the bench?

Gotta cut the leather to do that :( I spent hours trying to figure this out, and the only way to do it would have been cutting up the seat to reposition the hinge mount.

Yeh exactly thats what I though (cos you told me before lol).

Just re-read Brians post

"the rears I foundit to be a lot easier to rob the backs off my old SEAT and swap over, only four screws for head rest part"

I got excited and thought he used the mark3 Golf bench somehow!

the ones I had , just unclipped the back, undo the screw for headrests , do the same with cloth gti seats swap over and put screws back in and reclip in, so your just mounting the leather part to the your old mounting plate, the only problem I had was the bottom part of seat where its hinged to floor little bending the rod part and job done , the leathers I had were out of a mk3 vr6 nreg, ask the seller if the ones his got have a black plastic trim/clip around the rear seat backing

Have you got any pics Brian?

Does anyone know if the mark3 Golf has more than one sized interior?

Im not sure but these are out of a K-reg so would have thought they would be the same as the before mentioned N-reg as they are both early.

Dont really want to split John as the interior is so unique but I know a mate of mine fitted a Golf Mk3 Colour Concept interior in to his 6N without too many troubles if that helps.

Make me an offer? Shame to have these sitting around.

Right, first sensible offer will take it. Really got to get rid before this lovely interior gets damaged or marked.
