6n 1.4 16v AFH conversion, engine,box,ecu,clocks,loom+more

I have my 1.4 16v afh for sale, the milage is 88010miles it runs sweet and sounds nice.
whats for sale all together (not going to split before people ask for the cam cover,etc) is:
1.4 16v afh engine
gearbox (casing is cracked and needs replacing, a zinc finished casing is included as a replacement)
engine loom
ecu
dials
fuel pump
keys, ignition, ignition module,door and boot locks all available if necessary
interior (excluding bootloom) loom including alarm with remote central locking wired in also if wanted as an extra
brake upgrade also available: 16v front hubs with bearing in good condition, callipers, carriers, fairly old discs, relatively new pads, abs sensor.
other parts available: pedal box+pedals, brake servo, power steering rack, accelerator and clutch cable, gear stick mechanism.
good points:
fully polished cam cover
rear engine mount fully polished
top engine mount sandblasted ready for polishing or painting
zinc finished gearbox casing
engine and gear are smooth
recent cylinder pressure test was and good showing theres no o-ring, valve seal pressure leaks
recently had a new oil filter
fairly new spark plugs
reconditioned throttle body inc throttle position sensor fitted early jan
ignition module and keys etc all available as it can be very expensive to get keys cut and programmed
mileage is fairly good in comparison with alot being sold
bad points:
no alternator
no fanbelt
no exhaust from after the exhaust manifold (i.e.. from the down pipe onwards)
oil sump dented with a split (suitable to be knocked out and welded up or replaced)
the service reset stick on the dials does not work(maybe just a contact but i am reluctant to open and see for myself)
PAS rack requires a driver side track arm and both track rod ends (~£7each)
For the main parts listed offers around £500 and if fair price is agreed deals can be made with other parts required.
