would it be possible to put bike carbs on my mk2f polo 1.05 ? if so would it make much diffarence ? what type of work is involved ?

Hey there.

I'm pretty sure it would be possible with a bit of custom work. you'd probably need a custom made inlet minifold.

But is it really worth it on a 1litre? i'd imagine the gains would not be that great.

well i was thinkin if i mount the carbs and put and custom make samco hoses for each port as a inltet manifold.

i only want it for the sound :D

it should give me some sort of power gain should it not ?

yes its doable...but youd really be better off spending the money and time on a bigger lump and the insurance

you might see some gains , but its never gona fly

if you put them on a 1l you wont notice much difference,

i know a few people who have done it on 2l+

they did it instead of turoing it,

it added about 100bhp if you put it on every cylinder.

p.s 1 of my m8s did melt the pistions so be careful if your doing it
