Right then i have decided that i really need to get some coilovers, but i only want to spend between £200-300.
I have seen a few sets on ebay and was wondering if anyone has experienced them or can give me any pointers.
The first set i found. (The chap has nearly 17000 good feedback and only 40 negative):
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... :IT&ih=023
Second set:
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... :IT&ih=019
Third Set:
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... :IT&ih=006
Any advice would be great, i am at the moment looking towards the first set as i reckon i might be able to get them for £200 with postage.
What do you guys reckon ?

I'd recommend the new AP range that Venom have in store now, as it's the sub-brand of KW and are of very high quality.

Nope, I'm on FKs at the moment, however might be upgrading in the future. I am so tempted by airride though

The AP coilovers are just out of my budget
I think i will opt for the german one with 16000+ feedback

I bought the german ones
For less than £200 posted as well
I know that i will need to get the tracking/wheel alignment done after fitting them which is fine, but if i have them at the worst case setting 90mm, will i need to get the arches rolled ???
If so i might have to wind them down to 60mm (ish) until i can save a bit more cash.

It depends, what size are your wheels and what tyres are you running?

I'd be more worried about bottoming out to be honest!
Mine can be a nightmare on some speed ramps at the height it's at!

They are 7x15's (195/50R15 i think from memory)

My GF drives an lowered mk1 golf cabs and you have to fully stop to get over speed bumps and i pretty much stop in mine already so i should be ok, plus its a small price to pay for style
Its your fault i had to get some coilovers anyway after this picture:
Black pillars coming soon as well, i already have the vinyl but its a little tricky to fit without a template.

Looking at that picture they look like 195/45s, you'll be fine though. If they scrub too much just crank them up a bit.

I had a look and they are definately 195/50's but yeah i can always crank it up a little if it causes me problems like you said.
