Removing the passenger side sidelight

Any ideas on an easier way of removing the sidelights for the passenger side? Ive got the 1.2 so space isnt a problem but I still cant get it out as theres no room for gripping the holder/clips. Drivers side was done after 20mins of struggle!

Why do they make it so hard to remove bulbs?

our cars are identical.. never seen yours before.

if you take the battery out the holder has a compartment that comes out and then it's easy, only thing is i had to disconnect mybattery, maybe you'l be able to do it without.

how come you got rid of the bbs?
what else you done to your car.. pics?

try and lift the battery out without taking the leads off.

its far easier to remove the battery than the bumper lol

Managed to get it out finally, leds are fitted now.

Just felt like a change, felt like some 17s cos I had had the BBSs for over a year. But ye, my car was basically identical to yours then.
