Amp Problem....Help

hi guys wonderin if any one could help me out... I've just got my new pioneer sub (the last one popped..maybe because of my amp i dont know) anywho, i hooked it all up but it didnt work 
... i then connected it to my mates car and it worked fine... turns out my fuse had blown..so i went over to Maplins today and bought some more 60A fuses...replaced the old one with a new one...still didnt work...turns out the new one fizzed out when i turned my engine on...gave it a second go with a new fuse...same problem.... i dont have a single idea what the problem could be...help!!!.... please...
