A Question. And Hi.

Good afternoon folks. First post, etc, etc.
I've just come on with a quick question, since you are all such experts an' all, and I'm just a beginner. I've got a K-reg MKIII coupe, by the way. It was red, but I got a little artistic on it and now... it isn't.
Hmm.
But never mind that. The point is that recently, in my home town no less, I witnessed a metallic blue MKIII coupe parked up which appeared to have circular fog lights set into the grille, either side of the VW badge. I've never seen one of those before, and when I went back to see it the next day it had left. Departed, made it's excuses, etc.
Which is a shame, because I'd really like to know whether that was a factory standard part on a special model, or an aftermarket addition. And in either case, where can I get one for my car?
