i've been asked this about my spacers:
Please Note - When fitting to VW or Seat, rear hubs please can customers please measure the rear spigot length on the original hubs before purchasing and contact us with this information as on some models they have longer spigots as standard and these spacers will not fit. We do not want to dispatch items that will not fit.

where do i measure/does anybodu know.

I'd say that they are referring to the "sticking out" bit that the wheel centre bore rests on. Spacers will need to be counter bored to "just" accomodate this dimension.
