Hi all
I'm in need of some new tyres, my front ones are pretty boarderline at the moment!
Just wondering peoples thoughts and experiences with tyres. Which are best?
There seems to be 3 main options:
Toyo Proxies
Yokohama S Line
Goodyear Eagle F1
Any other suggestions?
Which are bet out of these three?
Cheers guys

I'd plump for eagle f1's every time, I did run proxes for a while and they are great tyres but wear really quick.

Proxes are soft and pretty pants in the wet...
I have Yoko S-Drive tyres on mine...
They seem to wear pretty well....And stick like hot sh1t in the wet and dry.... They are a lot cheaper than the F1s as well if you look online!

What about the new Toyo Proxes 4. Meant to be an improvement over T1-R/S's

I've been well pleased with my Toyo T1-R's, I dont consider them to be wearing too fast at all. Also they are pretty reasonably priced.
Before the Toyo's I had Dunlop Sp's and they were awful

I've had Toyo T1Rs for the last couple of years now, really like them! Yes, they are softer and wear faster than some other tyres but I don't do enough miles (especially now I have a work van) to warrant any concerns over the cost of new rubber every 9000-10000 miles!

Ive been using Toyo T1Rs for the last 2k or so miles, I think they're great!! don't seem to be showing much sign of wear yet. How long does the average tyre last?

i'd go for the eagle f1's. i used the toyos and the f1s which i currently have and i think the toyos dry weather grip is probably better than the f1s but the f1s are more consistant in different weather conditions. the toyos do wear quicker but they are cheaper. i dont think you can really go far wrong with any of the 3 you mentioned.
