got quite a few plans for over xmas now and a few trick accents in the engine bay i will keep you posted!

So i was thinking this morning i need to get my sr5e in gear and stop putting off or things will never get done so have bought another charge pipe and inlet manifold for polishing (im sure you will approve of james) and am going to get to work over xmas on polishing the two up. plus a few trick touches to the bay and one or two to the bodywork:

here are some pics of where im goign with it, this bay is my inspiration for what im going to do on my own:

made a small amount of progress at the weekend by finally installing my amp properly velcro didnt work so its now screwed in tight!

Also gotbusy finishing my speaker adapters for the rear, there all done now and covered in a flock style fabric and they look great, just need to fit them this weekend and you guessed it i mis placed the funny nut things that hold in the speakers which i need to hold in adapters so the search continues for those!

Finally getting the problem with my milltek diagnosed at the weekend aswell so hopefully should be getting that fixed soon as well!

will post some pics up at the weekend!

Right got a bit done this weekend!

Firstly took the car in to get the milltek problem disgnosed before i bought any replacement parts and turns out it was a bracket that wouldn close properly so the exhasut was loose and sitting to far back so must have been blowing, but they fitted in free of charge so im happy! My exhaust was also filthy and hadnt had a decent clean in ages so got the metal polish out and got all the black bits and tarnish marks off and polished it up and it looks great

Then i went down to pick up my seat sport strut brace from the seat dealers and got the fitted up and i have to say it was money veyr well spent it really stiffens up the front end considerably and really transforms the car! cant wait to get my lower front one on and see if that makes more of a difference!

I also finished up my speaker adpaters and covered them in a flock fabric! then i got them glued and screwed into the side inserts and then got these back into the boot! then got them all wired in to the amp then set my amp up properly and what a difference! The sound quality is amazing and the speakers in the rear make a massive difference compared to the original units! So round speaker oval whole a 13cm where a 6" x 4" was! and here's how it looks:
