Select the wheel and use Radial Blur to make the wheels look like they are spinning

Cheers mate. I did use radial on the wheels and motion blur on the background. I will redo it tomorrow and compare the two.

What version are you using ?
You use motion blue for erm, motion. And radial blur does it in a circle which is perfect for wheels
Just make sure you select the wheel and tyre for maximum realisticness (not a real word!)

I have redone that picture with my measly elements 6.0
Think it does look better, I have improved the blur on the wheel and changed the direction of the background blur.

Don't wanna sound like a gay, but you should of kept with the motion blue on your first pic as this pic looks like the car is falling

Yeh I agree with Elliott, it's too vertical now.
You want the blur to follow the lines of the bonnet,

Great effect, and you've got the intensity spot on....just think the direction needs to go more with the horizontal of the car?
