Clunking noise

Ever since this morning I seem to be getting a cluncking noise when setting off in 1st gear (like in traffic). It seems to be coming from directly in front of me, possibly around the bottom of the engine bay. Any ideas? The car certainly doesn't feel funny to drive at low or high speeds or when turning

After being in the car more it seems to be coming from the suspension, and its definately at low speeds. Like creaking and knocking. I wonder if I can get it checked when the tracking is done. We did have to take out long bolts for the lower strut brace and put them back in, maybe not tight enough

Mine does this. I was told at my MOT its most probably the steering rack.
