I dont think they do. You need reflectors and depends if there RHD or been converted or not. Mine are LHD, currently swapping fog and reverse round but I think you need reflectors still.
Please correct me if i'm wrong.
Depends on the look of the rest of the car. Could look good though. Well pleased with mine.

These are RHD and road legal for the UK!
the reverse light and fog light position is right for uk roads. I can't see why they wouldn't pass through MOT, Although most lights are a bit dimmer obviously due to the tinting such as brake lights and the fog light. And yes they will need reflectors to pass through MOT.
