August Photography Competition

Welcome to the August Photography Comp!!
There are enough of these in the world, so start looking!
The subject is Signs
The only rule is it must be silly/pointless . Ie...it needs to be something thats there for no reason, or is quite comic!
Get snapping!
Please resize your photos to 800 pixels wide MAX to enable everyone to view them without too much scrolling. Thanks
Please also list what camera, lens, ISO, shutter speed and aperture you used when taking the photo. Thanks!

All images must be your own work
All entries must be recieved by Midnight, Sunday 31st August 2008

Here's one my girlfriend took whilst out in New Zealand. Not totaly pointless but quite ammusing. (I know its not my own but save hers signing up and she can take the credit
)

She's into her photography and I asked if she had any of signs.And she did. Shame theres no penguins using it

haha, even though i chose the topic i'm uber stuck what to do for it..
i have 2 signes that i remember that are ace names of places, i think they will be my choices. anyone else got a good one?
(on the way to edition there is a sign that is for a slip road and it looks like a man stood there with his bits out..
)
