Erratic revs

Jus had a new clutch fitted 2day, come to starting up the car the revs were erratic shooting up & down, wen i press the accelerator doesnt go over 1500rpm
it wasnt like this before the clutch had gone!
(throttel body is kept clean too)
any advice would be great guys -->
