from memory the 2 front ones i managed to free up with some WD40
the one rear has the spring seat missing and the other rear the spring seat is frozen.
I will check whats what when im next at mums house
when i was looking into getting them fixed i think the guy at GSF could get replacement seats for them for £40 each and you need 2 per shock.

Thats how low i had it on the coilies and that wasnt even on the lowest setting they probly had abotu 2" left before they were at the bottom of the coils.
but at that height the sump scrpaed on speed bumps.
ill see if I can get some pics up for you at the weekend.
as for travling down im just off junction 4 of the M42 so i think it will be a mission from leeds i know manchester was a bad enough journey

Just an update. the rear axel and indicators have now been binned due to lack of interest
the coilovers i have kept them as kyle showed an interest.
