From a Mk5 Golf, absoulty mint only covered 16000 miles

comes with turbo, engine code BKD

was brought for a conversion but didnt have the time,
i am willing to loose out big bucks over this

If it's from a Mk5 Golf, how is it a 150bhp unit? Can you give me details from the info plate on the turbo, might be interested.

Not on a Mk5 they don't - either PD140 or PD170. GT is just a spec level. That was why I was waiting for the seller to confirm.

I hate to say it, but actually, they do, as my uncle has the GT TDI Mk5 2.0 which has 150 bhp. Whether or not this was a crossover from the Mk4s im not sure, but I know for a fact he has that exact engine.

That's a whole different topic of discussion then really.

I know the 2.0TDI has never been available in a 150bhp guise and it can't be a crossover, as the Mk4 never used the 2.0TDI 16v unit.

Oh well Its got it and thats all I know - tbh I dont care as I hate my uncle but hey! whatever. Just for notes, its a early 2004 model he has - pretty much launch.

I think, like the polo sport, the engine was changed but never made particularly mainstream as so few were made.

Unless....hes had it remapped, and not told me lol

BKD engine code is 140 bhp my mistake.
