Apparently she got it 2 weeks old from a dealer whos wife had it but they had to get rid of it because they couldnt afford it. It was used to take the granchildren to school and back!!! Coolest granny around id say!
Anyway whilst im here im thinking of dropping it 60/40, what are peoples views? Is that low enough on the standard wheels???

welcome along
i wouldnt drop it 6040 i would get yaself a nice set of coilovers that way you can play around to set it the right height for you as i found 40 mm was no where near enough

I would agree mate. Get some coilovers. There's always much debate over getting them or just getting springs and shocks, for alot of people will say they don't need the adjustment. But it's really down to getting the right stance, most people won't touch their coilovers after that.
If you get a 60/40 kit you'll be limited to that. It seems that 80% of people who get kits similar to that want to go lower, but don't have the option.
IMO on standard wheels the car needs to go down at least 70-80mm (personal oppinion though).
Do some research on here for coilover kits, there's tonnes of info. For a cheap kits though look at HotTuning on eBay, you can get them as low as £150:

On the more expensive side though, something in the line of KW or Weitec are pretty good.
