well i'm finaly getting mine fitted on saturday and have 1 question..
should i take the front helper thing out before i put them on and then it'l be ok, or do i leave it in and just put it as low as it can go?
i'm not going stupidly low but just the normal lol

yeah 50mm. tbh if the back was a bit lower they're perfect, but too bouncy tbh.

With 16's i'd say go straight for no helpers as Kim's car sat perfect on 17's with no helpers so should be fine on 16's depending on the offsets. I've got no helpers on the front of mine but the platforms still on the rears but all the way down to acvoid rubbing on my poke but i'm happy with how it sits.

I'd leave them both in, with the heavier TDI you should easily get to as low as you want at the front. In fact, I couldn't get that low at the back. It depends on the spring rate TBH.

i've had the fronts taken out and left the backs in.
it's as low as it'l go front and back so i will have to adjust them to make them higher as when the springs settle the back arches will be on the tire
the knocking noise is quite bad though now, even with shortened droplinks. so might have to remove my arb if thats possible.
