I have been booked on this course with an exam at the end, I am going along with most of the department I work in and alot of people are worried. Basically we have all been told that we "have" to pass, I have had a look at the course content and it looks seriously dry and boring. Three days in a lab with an exam at the end, lovely. If any one has done this, tips or suggestions would be grateful.

Unfortunately ive had the pleasure of doing it!
Not too bad - as long as you can suffer the boredom its just mainly common sense. Only one on our course failed!

My employer loves sending people on this (and the more advanced ITIL course afterwards).
So far, I've managed to avoid it, but I'm sure at some point I'll have to do it.
I've been told that if you do both of these courses and stick them on your CV, you can get some decent jobs, so there may be a silver lining to this cloud.
Drink coffee... You should be OK.
