UK-POLOS.NET - THE VW Polo Forum

Hi Guys,
For a while i've been shopping around to find a Polo specific Gauge pod to house a boost gauge in my car. I've found loads for the Golf etc, but no one seems to make one for the Polo.
I've come across a company this site - http://www.swgmotorsport.com that make air-vent gauge pods for various VAG group cars.

I've approched the company to see if it's possible to develop one for the 9N3/9N Polo.
They've replied and said they may well do so if a number of people want them, and asked me to put a feeler out to gauge demand (see what i did there ), so can take it from there.

Check out there site to get an idea of what they do and what sort of prices they charge for simalar products. I think they look quite neat and would be a cool mod and in keeping with the interior styling.

If they go ahead with this perhaps we could put together a group buy, but it's early days yet.

im intrested in a pillar pod as im getting some defi s dont really like vent one nomad will make the pods just need the same amount of people to make it happen

how/where do they wire up to?

i wouldn't mind one, but i don't want it anywhere stupid. and on the a pillar seems chavvy tbh?

if the pod is done well looks good also dont have to take you eye off the road as much

depends on the gauge as to if your running wires or pipe in the the engine bay

hmmm im quite interested in this one acually. got a universal pod sitting there but dont trust myself enough to try and fit the bastard!

Interest looking good so far people , I will leave it for a while so can get as many names as possilbe.

I only use polos-net, If any of you guys use other Polo forums can someone do me a favour and copy the thread over there to get a much interest as possible.
