I managed to find that the front speakers are 17cm/6.5". Is that correct?

Also does anyone know what size the tweeters are?

And i know in some 3 door polos they have rear speakers. Mine doesnt but will it ahve the wiring for them???

16.5/17cm is the size so your correct :)

Tweeter size is about an inch. I dont know an exact size, but most can be made to fit with some careful modification to the surrounds

There will be no wiring for the rear speakers, but you can easily add it in - just need some wiring and some rear door cards with grilles ;)

thanks mate.

Would the wiring for the rear speakers be easy for an amateur???

Also door cards with grilles, would my best bet be a scrapys or VW garage.

ah ok.

Wel its my bday coming up soon, so thinking of getting some sound sorted.

Just running a 10" Vibe sub at the moment. The front speakers are the originals and are a bit pants and start to like 'pop' when you have the music loud or with bass, so wanting to update.

At moment i am going to get new front door speakers, new tweeters and a new sub and amp. Going to look into the rear speakers too.

thanks alex

oh what sound do you have in yours?

Sounds like a plan buddy.

Ive got a full pioneer setup. 1000W four channel amp powering 4 top end 250W RMS pioneer titanium kevlar speakers with a blaupunkt sub - it sounds incredible!! With the DEH-P800BT providing the sound, it really is superb.
