Hi there UK-Polo-ers, as chairman of the VW Polo Club Holland I wish to inform you all that on sunday the 21st of june we're having our 5th annual International VAG meeting in Asten, Holland.
Specific details will follow later on, this is just to set the date for the event. Last year over 250 Dubbers from Holland, Germany and Belgium crossed our entrance, and for people coming over a long distance, hotel arrangment with the Hotel Nobis situated right next to the event-ground (incl. secured car parking) is available! Well, what do you wish to know? There´s not many details available yet, just date, location and possibility of hotelrooms. But I´ll PM you as much as I know so far.

Is there not a big midwinter meeting for all dubs, by the vw speed boys over in holland as well

Yes there is, in early March.

And our meeting is for all Dubss too m8 not just Polo´s, but all makes from the VAG-group!

Did some negotiating at the hotel from which we rent our location, and they are willing to offer rooms to visitors for our event at a discount-rate.

Prices are as followed:
-1 person room, 65euro per night
-2 person room, 70euro per night
-taxes are 90 cents per person, per night
-breakfast at the hotel is about 10 to 15 euro

If enough interest, we can also rent the TruckWash, which is right next to the showground, and which is indoors, and fully locked and equipped with an alarm-installation. Which guarantees the safety and dryness of your show/vehicle!

Un fortunately the "standard" rooms are all already pre-booked, but there are plenty "deluxe" rooms still available, only costing 10 euro more for our event
