Hello from New Zealand, new GTi owner

Hello all
After lurking about reading in posts in this forum doing research I bought my first Polo Gti yesterday. Mine is a Japanese import (which is where most of our cars come from) and I believe it is a European spec. It is a 5 door 2001 red model. It has a full Recaro interior, Bilstein B16 PSS9 Coilovers and Porsche D-90 wheels with stud converters.
The previous owner had gone to quite a bit of trouble installing a stereo too - Xtant X603 amp and diamond audio component speakers with a tyre-well mounted sub (not sure what kind yet). The head unit was stolen on the wharf during import so now it has a rather Garish Kenwood double Din one which is currently sitting on the floor in my lounge.
FYI I have previously owned a Nissan Pulsar N14 (Almera) Gti, Nissan sileighty, Mitsubishi Legnum Vr4 and BMW E46 318i. All manual!!
I'll link to some images below to the dealer page but not sure how long he'll have them up.
Ok, I can't link to the images but the web page is still up:

PS if anyone has a PDF of the owners manual or a DIY guide for centre console I would be thankful.
