GSF recommended Oil?

Just rang GSF for some service parts. And when it came to the oil they recommended fully synthetic Titan Super Syn Fuchs 5w/40?
They no longer stock Quantum Syntha Silver or Castrol Magnatec, and heavily recommended this fully synth oil.
From previous research I was aware fully synthetic in the engine was a bit of a grey area, and shouldn't really be used?
Can anyone confirm any info on this?
Cheers,

Which is what I planned to use, but GSF don’t stock it anymore, and said for me to take caution with it as it can cause the piston to seize. Which is all news to me, but I can’t just ignore it. I also don’t fancy paying Halfords prices for the oil so rather get it from a company like GSF.
Anyone got any info so I can get this stuff ordered today?

It's same price on eBay than it is with Halfords unfortunately. The Titan stuff is half the price of castrol with GSF, and normally retails more than it, so I don't want to disregard to straight away...
