he might be thinking of the mk4, as far as i no, they never, ever did mk3 electric mirrors! not sure wot to say really! ur right, i have seen colour coded mirrors for the mk3, but not sure which ones they are ect. sorry mate! n e one else no? maybe someone with colour coded mirrors could check there part numbers or something
