servicing manual?

does anyone have a srvicing manual for the mk5? something like the vw mechanics would use could be useful if anyone has 'found' a copy?

I 'm going to service it myself but i want some proper info rather than guess work! e.g. torque settings, wiring diagrams, suspension, brakes, ...everything really!
