I get mine in two weeks! It is a pre built one though so I didn't get the remote central locking or fogs but I did get height adjustable seats!

Hello, I ordered mine at the beginning of the year and picked it up at the beginning of this month. I think it took less than 8 weeks to deliver from factory, but I left it at the dealer until the 04 plates came in.

I think you could of the pushed the dealer a bit more. Mine also a 1.2 5dr Twist. Got the colour pack (makes all the difference IMHO), front seat height adj./drawers, rear 3-point seat belt/headrest, mats and full tank of petrol all thrown in free. Added the alarm/remotes too. Plus got a discount on the cars list price. Paid well under 10K.

But I heard (from dealer) that the prices in the price list keep changing (don't know if true), maybe they have gone up since I ordered mine.

Btw... I thought the Twist is a 'limited edition' offer type thingy... it seems to of been going for a long time now.

Regards.

According to 2 VW Dealers I've been to so far they say the Twist aint gonna end in March 31st, they say its so popular that VW are gonna carry on making it for a while longer.....

I hope they dont anyway as I have my test next week an I'd be a bit cheesed off if they stop selling the Twist.

the twist is just a 'S' model but with free metallic paint and 14 inch Sau Paolo alloys. the twist badge on the back is stuck on by your dealer, not volkswagen so i told them i dont want it!

Ah! I didn't know that!

I better tell them not to stick it on then! They can give me one if they want then i mite just keep it for souvenier :D.

What would go on the back in place of the Twist badge then? the 1.2 logo?

a 12v badge would be nice :)

65bhp models will have 1.2 and 55bhp dont. well the twist in 1.2 form is 65bhp so it will have 1.2 on the back.
