what make/model of main beam bulbs best match the colour of a 6000k hid kit on a 9n ?

they take too long to warm up to the correct temp tho so they will just be getting bright then switched off

hids are no good for flashing, i'm alse interested to see what people use as over 6k mainbeam is really yellow

I am going to buy a set off the bay too see what they are like. They aint on for long so might last awile

HIDs are fine for full beams, I use them.

They naturally have a burst of full power when you flash them, so they are fine for that.

They then power down and build up brightness after around 7 seconds. This only has to be done to warm the bulbs up though, once you've powered them up once they'll be good for 5-10mins before having to do it again.

I'd never use any other type of bulb!
