Strange things

Strange things are happening with the car at the moment. When i put the gear in reverse and i start reversing there is a grinding noise and there is a vibration feeling under the car 
Also when i accelerate in 1st or 2nd gear and take of my foot of the gas pedal withoug changing gear there is a massive noise coming from the passenger side ?????????????????????
