Rear brake discs for polo sport

anyone know which ones are as standard and what i can upgrade them to. and what else i need to do to do the upgrade
its a vw polo sport 100BHP(1.4 16v)

Your discs at the back are 232 mm same as the gti. regards the front most likely 256mm. upgrades are readily available just depends on how much you want to spend. there are plenty of options. You could get new grooved and vented discs for both front and back, replace the flexi pipes for braided stainless steel ones and use dot 5 brake fluid this will makes things much better and not that expensive.
