6N Speakers

Hi,
From what I can gather, the front ones are 6.5".
Are they coaxial? What does that even mean lol? And are tweeters the same size for every car?

Coaxials handle mid-range and high range. They'll sometimes have a tweeter built into the centre of the cone to combat this.
Tweeters are all different sizes!

yer there 6.5" . there are tweeters in the dash. not sure of the size. most people buy larger ones or speakers and cut the hole out in the dash as you cant see it when the cover is over the top.

I looked under the rear seats today, is the black circle a bass speaker or something? There were wires feeding in to it, didn't want to go tampering with it! lol

I've just bought a Polo to find that neither the dashboard tweeter or the door speaker work.
I looked around and found a breakers that sold them for a fiver each and five quid delivery.
£15 in total not bad I thought.
I was tempted to upgrade but money held me back.
